Having your car damaged is stressful. Having it damaged by someone else is on another level. This was a first and as soon as I called my parents for the "what should I do" conversations I was hit with horror stories. I'm happy to say I had to deal with none of the issues my father swore would be my mental undoing. Carstar made it easy, called my insurance company probably the dozen or so times they needed to be contacted, and kept me updated through text which was particularly helpful because I work odd hours. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. No one had any problems when I said I didn't feel safe driving my car even though work wouldn't start on it for a few days. It was a pleasant experience from a not so pleasant moment in my life.
