Loved how the Apraiser Body Shop AND auto Rental is all in the same building.
That's so simple it's genius.
I liked how I was told how everything was goingto go from start to finish.
The only recommendation I have is let the customer know the DAY BEFORE the car is supposed to come out the shop weather or not it will be ready. I know updates are done Tuesday and Thursday, but update needs to be given day prior

Even though the car had to go back to the shop a couple of times and the pick up date keep getting push back, they eventually got everything right. The paint matched up the original and I didn't have to tell them. They noticed it themselves and repaint the bumper and matched it perfectly. The courtesy/friendliness of the staff is top notch!
