Friday 12/30/2016 I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I made it to Paceline at 6pm picked up the vehicle in the dark, next morning at my home I looked the vehicle over and noticed the Repairs per the invoice were incomplete, I drove the vehicle back to Paceline 12/31 Saturday to discussed the issues with Paceline representative ! L.R. Alum Wheel not polished (invoiced) L.R. Wheel Well Molding has two black marks (invoiced to repair or paint) scratch on the newly installed and painted quarter panel installing the taillight, rubber molding on top of the rear bumper does not fit (standing off the chrome bumper in three different areas) representative thinks the clips were broken on installation, four items incomplete, labor charged to repair those items on the invoice, apparently the invoice needed to be closed in 2016 so delivery was rushed, the L.R. alum wheel was hit in the accident, not sure polishing will solve the issue, vehicle still vibrates at highway speeds (please note the tires are brand new) invoice was to polish the wheel which did not happen, really should be checked for trueness and balance !

Communications were lacking and not always honest. When told a repair job is done, it should be done. We were emailed on Friday and told the work was done; it was not. Repair took longer than expected due to inefficiency of repair team who did not think to order an impact sensor when the vehicle was first brought into the shop despite this specific item being listed by the adjustor. While the receptionists (Dee Dee and Andrea) were absolutely awesome and perfectly suited for their job, the repair team lacked honesty and efficiency. I would not recommend this shop to any one needing repairs.

My traction light is still on, which came on after the wreck. I am taking the car to a mechanic to see if he knows what the issue was but it is concerning to me that this was not addressed. However, the staff were always kind and very easy to work with. I very much liked the email updates. And my car looks great!
