The staff is very friendly and the customer service was excellent. I got constant updates on the repair progress of my vehicle. Sarah is awesome and she kept me updated.

But I was irritated with all the text messages that I kept receiving several days after I picked up my repaired car. The text messages kept telling me that my car was still being worked on and what percentage of the work had been done. But that is minor compared to how I am 100% pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the staff!!!!!

Service King did am excellent job fixing my jeep and providing customer service. The only reason I said no was that my jeeo was given back to me dirty. Other than that, if I needed a body shop, I would definately use them again.
