Melanie was awesome. She helped me navigate a situation with Safeco's chosen windshield installer, Safelite, that was nothing short of a nightmare. The issues with Safelite had absolutely nothing to do with service King. Your front desk staff is also rather pleasant, though i neglected to get her name.
