My experience with Davis Paint & Collision was very good. However, when I brought my car home and opened the trunk, I did see a scuff mark on the upper portion drivers side rear bumper that was through the paint and into the plastic itself. This was not there when it was dropped off. Jeremiah was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly when the car was dropped off, during repairs and when I picked it up. I'm not sure why the windshield was replaced with an after market. It's not the same as original BMW.
All in all, I pleased with the work performed. I also did notice that there was a significant amount of fuel used from my car. Mileage did not go up. I can only assume the car was left running for lengthy time periods.

the paint color does not match the bumper.
I was told when I took the car in that it would match perfectly. this is very disappointing to me. when I went back by the shop to discuss this, I was told that additional work with not improve the appearance. although I was pleased with the overall appearance of the body work, I was not pleased with the paint mismatch in color.

Painted bed rails when I told them to just pop dents and not paint bedsides.... Chip in door that wasn't there when I brought it..... Bedsides were cloudy and u could see the paint lines and primer on corners of bedsides..... Paint brighter color than rest of my truck.... Very dissatisfied

Just some little things, est was different than what I seen, rt door window buttons installed backwards, on detail work there was quit a bit of wax left on in spots, interior wasn't completely detailed, all in all wasn't a bad job, just in need of quality control issues
