My experience was Amazing from beginning to end.
I got an immediate email response to my online questions and picture submissions(and that was on a Sunday...who still gets back to people on a weekend? (That was the first amazing thing). I was then able to bring my car in right away for an estimate and to schedule the work. From the front desk to my team leader, Tom, I was informed about the process, had my questions answered, helped with getting convenient alternative transportation and was communicated with on a regular basis throughout the process (via both email and personal phone calls). My car was ready on the expected date and looks like new (maybe better).
Thank you so much for helping to make the accident "not hurt as much" by your consideration, knowledge, quality work and earnest reassurance. I had work done with you years ago and was grateful that you were still going strong when I needed you again. I will definitely recommend Schoonover's to others.
