I am disappointed that I had to bring my truck in 4 times for repair and it is still not right. The steering wheel is still crooked and I feel like I threw away 500 with the rust repair - another month and it will look as it did before I spent the money. I understand that there is no warranty on rust but I did it under the recommendation of Ben rather than taking it to another shop that would have welded a new arch in and painted it for 100 less.

Truthfully I had heard years ago that Schoonovers was overpriced and not good with customer service. We have recently relocated back to Minnesota and when I was looking for a body shop my mom suggested Schoonovers. I expressed my feelings based on past information. My mom indicated that things must have changed as she has had several friends who were pleased with their experience. I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. The service was very good, starting with reception and continuing with Ben. The estimate was fully explained and the work was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to a friend.
