The repair process was pushed back twice at the very last minute. I received two completion date which were not met on schedule before receiving my car. When I got my car back, there were ignition start up issues. I called the repair center to receive no explanation as to how this happened. THE CAR NEVER HAD IGNITION TROUBLE PRIOR TO THIS BODY REPAIR.

I was satisfied with the results but someone had opened my front hood of the car and left it without completwly closing it. I found out when I got home. There is a little problem with the latch that causes it to not close and there is a trick to get it to close. No one at the shop knew this and nobody mentioned this to me while I got the car back from repairs. Someone had opened the hood of the car and left it in that state. Ignorance.

Very unhappy with Armando. Called him at 5:30 to let him know my wife was on her way to pick up our vehicle he said ok. My wife arrived at 6:04, he was long gone. Two workers who were still there did not know that he left already and tried calling him. No answer.
