My car in 13 days to finish. I liked it that Service King had paid for my full coverage. Because the car was was not done on time one time. They did a great job on a car look brand new like nothing ever happened they did a real good job on the paint outstanding. If something ever happened to my car again I will come back to Service King. I was very satisfied with the repairs and the professionalism demonstrated by the Service King staff that I interacted with. However, I noticed that my rear driver tire had low pressure (after I received an "onstar" alert. I was unable to address the issue while at work, and at the end of the work day the pressure was extremely low. I filled the tire with air to no avail because Saturday morning the tire was nearly flat. I contacted Service King to just to ask if it was possible if a tech had driven the car over a nail or anything and the gentleman persisted on telling me that it was merely impossible. Furthermore I explained that I could bring the car in for them to inspect any findings of familiar materials and he insisted that I had to wait until Monday and to continue putting air in the tire in the meantime! Wow! So I took my car to a tire shop to have the tire repaired and they showed me the objects causing the very bad leak: nails!!
