DANA HAD OUR PPWK READY WHEN WE DROPPED OFF OUR CAR AND COORDINATED WITH ENTERPRISE FOR OUR RENTAL, MAKING EVERYTHING QUICK AND EASY. DANIEL AT ENTERPRISE WAS AWESOME AS WELL. JOSH TOOK CARE OF UPDATING US THROUGH THE REPAIR PROCESS. THE REPAIRS LOOKED GREAT.

The only thing that was a bit of an issue for would be not getting properly notified when my vehicle pick up date was delayed.. I was told 30 min before I was supposed to pick it up, after almost 2 weeks, that it was gonna be another 5 days. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if I was told a couple hours ahead at least. Then when I called to ask about it whoever spoke with was almost a little rude. Other than that completely satisfied with the repairs. Thanks.
