When I dropped off the car I was told that I wouldn't have to pay the deductible until I was satisfied with the repair job. I had seen at that time another customer being walked around his repaired car and having the repair job explained by the service technician while he looked at the repair job. I assumed they would do the same for me. Instead, perhaps because I'm female, the man at the front desk asked for the money and then handed me my keys. I had to ask him where the car was. Reluctantly, he left the front desk and found my car on the side of the building. He just pointed it out to me and started to talk with someone else. My car is very important to me and I think I deserved the time and attention of that employee.

I was not advised that I should have brought the check from the insurance reimbursement to turn over to Advanced Collision. When I received the check from the insured's company, I deposited in my bank account, thinking that I would write a personal check to pay for the repairs to my vehicle. When I picked up my car after the repairs were completed, I was told that personal checks were not accepted. Although Justin said that it was posted in the shop, I did not see it when I brought my car in nor did anyone tell me about this policy previous to the work being done. Therefore, I was charged $1112.64 for the repairs. The insurance check was in the amount of $1092.83. I am very disappointed with this up charge for having to use my credit card,as this is the first time I have ever encountered this policy with any business.

Make sure to do a final quality checklist. Such as fathers being tight ,all lights working properly. These are a couple of items that could reduce customers hAving to return. Overall I was happy with the customer service, quality of workmanship and short time it took to do the repairs.
