A very minor annoyance, and constructive criticism: the interior vinyl/plastic dressing used to clean dash causes a cloudy film to appear on inner windshield. Maybe different brand would fix that.

Scheduling was quick and easy. I had to reschedule my appointment due to miscommunication from a gentleman with the name of Justin. The repair was quick and in a timely manner. However after my husband picked up the vehicle and made home he realized that the rear taillights were not connected and had to reconnect them himself. Other then the rescheduling and the taillights not being connected my experience was great.
