Process took way longer than should be necessary for body work. Text messages are deceiving about status. Vehicle was not moved from two drop off location at shop for two weeks, yet we received texts saying that we were nearing completion. Body shop individual did not offer to physically go over repaired items and ask for approval of job from vehicle owner at pick-up. Never seen that happen before. Not impressed with the process at all with this company.

I was satisfied, but not completely due to not getting everything completed. I feel the alignment of the hood could have been done better, even if more time and hardware were needed. And of course, additional charges would apply. However, the price was reduced more than fairly and an additional piece of work was added. Overall, I was satisfied and the personnel are great to work with, particularly Brent. I will use you again and will recommend Advanced Collision to others.
