The repairs were absolutely great, but the manner of the people at the front desk needs consideration. They are not rude or anything, but they didn't smile once. The nicest thing they ever say is "hello"

All went well with the repair and service. The appraiser Kelly did an outstanding job and seemed polite and professional. The only negative, was a premature automated text stating that my car was done. Unfortunately, I showed up prior to it really being finished. I would recommend fixing the bug in the system.

Very reliable and they even explained to me about getting my rental car thru a company that would come right there to get me and all I had to do when they called me is come to pick up my car and rental company would come right there to pick up the rental. It was so convenient for me. They were very prompt and had my car ready two days early I was very pleased with there service. I will definitely recommend advance collision to my friends. Very nice group of workers.
