Very competent people in all positions. Great attitudes.....seem to really enjoy their jobs. Never met any of the techs who did the body work, but it was obvious to me that all who worked on my vehicle were well-trained and did excellent work. Repair was completed in a timely manner. The quality of work done was very good. Notifications of work in progress was exceptional. The only thing I felt was lacking a bit was I didn't think that your estimator stood up to the insurance company when there was a discrepancy between the amount of damage & what the insurane company was willing to repair. I showed your estimator the damage @ time of dropoff & had to haggle with the insurance company to make proper repair & it cost me a couple more days in rental car fees.
