My tires were not aligned, my flood light was out, and my fender was not put on properly when I got it back. Thy had to order me a new fender and I have to turn my car back in for something that should have been done the first time.

When I received my car my front license plate was missing, your staff was quick to find it and a mounting kit and put it back on my bumper as soon as possible. Great customer service. The text system however is a little slow, I had my car back in my possession for almost 18 hours before I got the text to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up.
