It took 2 days longer than expected (Tuesday instead of Friday) - had to be redone because the paint was not satisfactory. I was told I would be given a price reduction due to the inconvenience- but the invoice did not reflect an adjustment. It was over budget and took longer than expected. I have always had a great experience with Milstead- and have always trusted you completely. This time felt different. I gotta say, I was disappointed. I had gotten to the point I would not even bother with other estimates, but next time- I will shop more carefully

Constantly told... I'll get back to you.
But, Never happened. Told in a text, parts were IN, almost done. That day in a 3-way call, Don said they haven't even Ordered them yet!!! Never given a Straight answer, just smoke. 2 mos to fix Minor Damages? I would Not have my car Today if I had not shown up & Demanded to SEE my car. They called someone, then told me it wasnt done at the counter. I wanna SEE my car!! Go back and... There she is, ALL DONE. Imagine That.
On looks alone, you do good work. Taking it in for a Service because it dont sound right tho.
I should & Would havd had my car back, a month ago if you would have dealt with My adjuster DIRECTLY, like she told you too in our 3-way conversation.
Happy I have my car. She "looks" great. Thank You for Detailing her. We'll see how Happy I am sfter getting her Serviced.
Smoke/Avoidance are not the way to keep Customers Happy.
