There are scratches and my doors are chewed up and car interior is dirty. Now I know why it wasn't washed when I picked it up. It also stinks of chemicals and I feel screwed over.

The insurance company booked my appt for a different location that was not agreed upon,so when i came in i was not in the system. Ricky came to the rescue!!!
