Heath was great the entire time he worked with me. He did a fine job. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. He also did an excellent job explaining the repair process to me.
My only gripe is that some of the texts I received that were automated didn’t coincide with the messages I received from Heath. His text messages had much better news about the turn time than the automated ones.
I also wanted to complete a walk around with him, but he was out sick, no fault of his own. However, the associate that was available for a walk around wasn’t really familiar with my case, so he wasn’t able to explain a lot of the work that was done for me.
All in all, I had a great experience with Service King. My issues were really minor. I’m just happy I have my **** car, ya see!
