139 to repair PINSTRIPING that was already damaged before the accident and that I did not want repaired, and refusing to let me remove that (and other "repairs" I did not want or need) from Keith A, and the fact that it took 6 days for Keith to even write an estimate has ensured iI will NEVER do business with service king ever again. I've also spread the word to my office, family, and friends. Shame on you.

Ken Vargas was my service advisor at the Service King on 2309 Midway Road, Carrollton, Texas. Ken is very professional and friendly. He stayed in contact often and reported every increment of the repair process. He even contacted me to report that there was presently nothing to report just to ensure that I wasnt left wondering if Service King had forgotten about me. I appreciated that because I always hate to call a repair shop to ask how the work is progressing since I know that my call could be seen as an annoyance. Ken called to tell me the car was ready a few days ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car, it was immaculate. Besides the exceptional job of repairing my car, they did an amazing job of detailing the car. My finished vehicle was a sight to behold. I will definitely recommend and speak very highly of Service King from every standpoint possible. Brandon H
