The moment I walked through the doors. I was welcomed. Fabian was so friendly and courteous. He answered all my questions and reassured me that my car was in good hands. Chad at Enterprise was great as well, a smooth tranaction once I came back with my drivers license. The entire team.....Fabian, Ron and Daniel communicated with me throughout the entire time my car was there. After picking up my car, I had to return back due to a concern. Once again Fabian was there to correct the issue. I can honestly say with this being my first accident, I was truly pleased with the A service received. All repairs were completed ahead of schedule and appear to be done correctly, however when I arrived to pick up the car the interior was soaking wet from the interior detailing. Representative did all within his power to make right,but U had just refilled the fuel tank of the rental and had to drive it back home and again to the repair shop causing charges from Hertz rental. This is not enough to make me dissatisfied, but the question was "was I COMPLETELY happy with the service"
