This is the second time I've used Service King within the last several years, and I was not satisfied either time. This last time, the interior car was left dirty, not wiped down...I'm assuming they had to remove it to fix the front part of the car, but it was put back dirty. Another thing, the door that was removed now slightly squeaks. And seems like someone scrapped the back bumper on the back passenger side, and also an employee was off, were on the day the car was "supposed" to be done, I did not get email, call or text...basically, I've gone to other places that treat the car like it was their own, Service King treats it like it's somebody elses, ironic because you supposed to be the "king" of service, and simply was not satisfying.
