When I dropped off my car, I was quickly greeted and we reviewed the damage. I was happy to find out the car would be ready by Friday. When I decided to not rent a car, one of the servicemen agreed to take me to the train station. Everyone was very aware I needed to get to work, so everyone bent over backwards to get me where I needed to be. I loved the text messages with the status updates and my car was ready a day early. It looks great!

The maintenance was adequate, but when I received the vehicle miscellaneous items were missing. Also the bass control knob to my subwoofers was turned up to 100% and I have never turned it past 50%. The people working on my truck were reckless and could have blown my 1500 dollar subwoofers.

Kevin Newsom was extremely unprofessional. His lack of communication was unacceptable. The car was was supposed to be in service king for a week or a week and a half, and was there for 28 days. We had no idea what was happening, or why it was continually not ready day after day. I spoke with him about not putting the bug shield back on the car, and it showed up on the car again. I will never take my car to service king again, and my family members and friends will be warned as well.
