The paint color is not the same color. If my wife notices the color difference as soon as she looked at the repair, why then did Service King not notice? Is it lack of quality control or do you just not care?

The repair appears to be well done. However, I was not informed beforehand that the final step in the process would include a thorough cleaning of my vehicle which involved discarding items that I intentionally left in my vehicle which I needed. I did not remove these items as I was unaware there was a danger of them being discarded.
