I work nights as an ER nurse. The staff was accommodating to my schedule and texted me updates instead of calling me during the day when I needed to sleep. I really appreciated their understanding and accommodation for my personal needs.

I was told on 3 separate occasions that my car was ready each of which served to be untrue. Throughout the whole process I had to initiate all of the conversations with my service rep Chris who seemed unmotivated and didn't appear to know what he was doing . Then today I get my car back and the service engine light comes on. Completely unsatisfied with the service and I hope to never have to leave my car here again.
