Loved the communication about the status of my car and also the text messages as well. Overall I loved the customer service down from the receptionist to the enterprise car service located in the building.

When the representative said my car wouldn't start to my battery sorry that didn't sit well with me.. I have had my car set overnight for a week and never had a problem with my car starting.
