I had a compartment in the back, and the items in that compartment were found out of the compartment. Items that I found in the compartment I can tell someone physically went thru it. Maybe they had to put on the spare, but why couldn't they put the stuff back. Also I don't like the fact that it looks like they went thru some of the items. My second issue is when I first went in I was told my car would be done Monday. But I guess something happened, but I was never informed. Every time I called I was told my car would be ready Monday afternoon. Then they closed and no one told me anything. That was horrible for me because that cost me more money than I was expecting, and I needed to know why. Because I had to pay for the rental out of pocket.
