Mr Terry is so professional & kind. He makes you feel as though you are the only customer. He really shows that he cares about a person’s vehicle. He was great.

I don't need my representative to contact me. My representative was the only positive experience I had with Service King. When you have over $8,000 worth of work done on your vehicle and they call you to come pick it up you expect it to be fixed completely. Management new what was going on and did nothing to step up and make things right sincerely unsatisfied customer
