After having 3 different vehicles repaired at the North Richland Hills location, I'm glad to finally be contacted for a survey! Brad always kept me up to date along the way for each of my repairs. Turn around was quick too, which eliminated any inconveniences. Most important is that I can always count on the quality of workmanship SK puts into my vehicles. They came back looking like they were never in a wreck. It's also comforting when the GM John C. shakes your hand and introduces himself. I'll be back as a loyal customer!
