Everyone was completely friendly and professional and seemed really interested in my needs. My service advisor Jeremy expedited things along and made things go as expected and they even finished ahead of schedule. The first bad experience I had was stocking to drop off my car. I stood right in front of two young ladies at the counter who didn't acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes of me standing before them. I also didn't like the experience of when I arrived to pick up my car. No one spoke to me or escorted to my car when it was brought around with details or information. I stood around and had to summons some attention from a worker nearby and he said I was good to go. I wasn't aware and would have appreciated some communication. Lastly, my car want fully cleaned on the outside which made no sense to me. I had better expectations of service king that were not meet.
