Brake on damaged side wheel squeals.
Running lights on damaged side do not come on automatically when car is started until they are manually turned on.

Upon paying my bill and receiving vehicle the vehicle immediately died on the busy roadway due to alternator failure. I had requested that SK determine whether the electrical problem was either the battery or alternator and the tech stepped into the vehicle, attempted to start the vehicle and said "it's definitely the battery". Turns out it was the alternator; the failure of which put my son in danger as he was trying to drive the vehicle home in rush hour traffic. I immediately returned to SK in my vehicle and asked for a simple credit on my bill and I was refused by your location manager. I am having the vehicle repaired at a competing dealership, for a nice fee that you could have earned if you had properly diagnosed the problem and I will never do business with your company again. I will also tell my insurance agent about my very poor experience and all of my friends. Very disappointed with the way I was treated and will share my experience with online ratings of Service King. All for 154 that your manager refused to credit my bill.
