First I have to say that**** did a outstanding job with keeping me updated, and andwering all the questions and concerns I had, during the entire process. The car look great at first inspection. I took a closer look today and noticed that there was a part of the trim that was not centered completly and the car smelled like mildo. I was told it was due to the inside detailing that was provided after the car was serviced. I know the car was exposed to lots of elements like rain and the air born elements from the doirs and class being removed. I was in a hurry to get back to work on saturday. So i did not notice the issues untill today. I am giving it another day for the car to completly dry and I am having a ozone air purifier treatment performed on the car for the smell. So hopefully this will resolve the issues with the smell. In regards to the trim, it is minor so I am not to worried about it, but I am trying to sell the car and my concern is that it will depreshiate the value. So how would service king or allstate like to resole this issue? Thank you in advance fir your follow up and again I want to express that the costomer service was great but the minore details on the car are what has keep me from being 100% satisfied.
