Jose was wonderful! Completely lived up to his promises. He kept me informed every step of the way. He is professional and just an all around great asset to Service King. Hopefully, we won't be a repeat customer but should we need similar services SK will be the first choice.

I enjoyed that Castillo looked around my at one mire time before I drove off the lot. I'm grateful because some of the clips were not secured and he took in back in to make sure they were put on correctly before I drove off. Also, I enjoyed the text message updates for my vehicle. Service rep was not available when picking up my car. The man did bring my car out for delivery seemed a bit dismissive and disinterested in answering any questions. I also found a few marks in the paint job that I'm not pleased with! Perhaps timely does not always mean quality!
