I thought you were great with the daily updates, but for a week I was told my car would be ready on Thursday, but I went to get it on Thursday and it wasn't ready. Friday I wasn't sent an email at all so I called to find out and she didn't know but did call me back and said it was ready. What happened to the texts and follow up? It was a little inconvenient.
