I absolutely loved Stephen Torres. He made the process so easy. Extremely helpful and was always offering me something to drink. He kept me knowledgeable on the updates. He also called me when my car was done. He was amazing.

The service is not complete. I went to pick up my vehicle and the paint job looks terrible. It doesn’t blend/match at all. And the spoiler wasn’t painted so it really sticks out as well.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a sweet lady. Frank was my person and was ready with my paperwork to sign. Frank explained what every form meant and what they were for. When I picked up my vehicle Frank was available and explained the estimate and what had been done to my car and then took me outside to look over my car to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Frank also took care of my rental return. The initial time estimate was a month but my car was done in two weeks YAY!! I have never had to have a car repaired to this level but Service King made it so easy and stress free. If I ever need collision repair again I will definitely be coming to Service King and when people ask me for a repair shop I will be recommending Service King to them.
