eric did a awesome job with the ETAs for parts as well as repair. Only thing that can be improved is let cusromer choose mode of communication. I prefer email but was getting phone calls and way too many sms. The coomunication is also one way. Replies to text msgs don’t seem to reach. So for any questions only option was to make a phone call and go theough all the motions .. which is huge waste of time and not a great experience. just introduce a direct email/sms channel between customer and service adviser.

There are 4 bolt screws, two on each side, missing that are supposed to attach the interior lining of the front bumper. I have pictures of the original damage that show these bolt screws in place, but now both sides have vacant, visibly used holes.
