The office staff was extremely friendly and put me at ease. The communication was the best keeping me informed about the progress. Then at the end I got the truck back looking like a new truck. While that was the goal, the truck looked like it had been cleaned inside and out, the windshield was clean, there was a full tank of gas (I don't remember if I turned it in thar way, and the tires were inflated to specs making it drive like a new truck. The little extra touches made a good job at great job.
