Car came back very clean. They washed exterior. I didn't have a front license plate holder when dropped off and had it zipped tied. They order me a new holder and when I can to pick up they asked if I wanted to have installed and did it right away. I love updates that I got via text during the process and the fact I could drop off my rental car from enterprise and enterprise took care of picking up car.
