The experience was marred by the tendency to handle all communication electronically. Personal contact provides much more reassurance in stressful times. Text messaging updates is not adequate for some people when a process lasts as long as this repair required.
In the end I was very satisfied with the work and with the Service King employees I dealt wth. They are to be commended for a job well done.
