Everyone, Jason, the scheduler(Amber I think)and the front desk lady were super helpful and kind. Also, the car was returned clean and shinny, so thanks to the clean-up crew. No body moved my radio station either. Thank you. If I had to have this experience - Service King eased the pain.

the work done looks nice - the staff was very professional. my car did take a few days longer than expected due to the wrong part being shipped. the second mishap, was that my driver door lock did not work properly as it was in a bind after a door molding was applied. however, your staff addressed the issue right away, picked my car up from my job & returned it to me. so despite the mishaps, it appears to be a good job. :)
