Robin Arnold was amazing. She made me feel at ease about my car being repaired. This was my first wreck and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the minute I walked into your lobby I felt appreciated by your staff. I can’t remember your receptionist’s name, but she was helpful and knowledgeable. Good customer service is so rare these days and Robin is the epitome of an outstanding representation. She answered all questions I had and she followed-up with me many times during the weeks my car was in the shop. You’re very lucky to have her as an employee. I hope I never have to go through this again because I know I’ll compare it to this experience and I don’t think anyone will ever be able to live up to my new expectations set by Service King. My car was also ready three days early. However, it wouldn’t have made a difference if it took the full time or longer because Robin would’ve made the experience just as easy. Thanks again for everything and the attention-to-detail you ALL put into repairing my car and making sure I was satisfied.

I was very happy with the costumer service and the work that was done, however it was very frustrating to lose my car for over a week for just 15 hours of work. The prices that were put in place (cost of paint for example) seem to only be put in place for insurance claims, and since I did not use insurance it was extremely expensive for such a small area. Once again, the service agents were very nice and did a very good job.
