Ryan went above & beyond on Saturday when I picked up my car. He fished out a tweezer that I had dropped into the steering column. Kudos to Ryan. That tweezer trouble was not related to the repairs, but I had called about it, hoping the tweezers could be extracated while the other repairs were being done. Ryan took care of it.
