I appreciate the how well I was kept informed by both Tracie and CJ on the progress of my cars repairs. Even when paint problems developed I was quickly informed and assured that they would be corrected before my car was returned to me. While it was rather difficult to wait the extra time it took to have those paint issues fixed in the end my car looks perfect and that made it all worth while.
