Brent was very professional and really went the extra mile. When there was a flaw in the part, he did not pass blame, he immediately said it would be replaced by the manufacturer. He kept us up to date in the entire process and the staff was extremely fast to replace the flawed part, paint it with perfection. I'm told the color of my car and the pearl effects are difficult to do and it was flawlessly done! Brent and his staff were so courteous, professional and friendly that I am taking another vehicle back for some bodywork with out any hesitation. Thank you to all the staff for going the extra mile and making the experience a pleasant one!
