Not only did John do a great job of replacing the bumper, he washed the car and detailed the inside. It hasn't been that clean since we bought it! I appreciated that so much. John and Ashley stayed in touch with me throughout the whole job (by phone and email), both when the part was unavailable and then when the part came in. The job was done in one day--I took it in Monday morning and had it back by Tuesday afternoon. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Got some repairs done on my car after it had been it. They had to blend my door and fender as just a few repairs. Got home was satisfied then some tried to use my passenger door and it doesn't close....at all. It doesn't latch shut. I had to strap it shut to drive from **** to Mustang. And they aren't open on the weekends so I had to leave it like this all weekend and hope they can do something about it on Monday. Other than that one problem I was satisfied. Just not very happy that I have a door that doesn't close at all. Not safe! Glad I didn't find it out while driving.
