I cannot thank Collision Works enough for the amazing job they did on my vehicle. My vehicle was stolen, then wreck, and I was beside myself with stress in dealing with the aftermath. Collision Works walked me through the process, explained everything (in terms I could understand), and made sure I was 100% ok with and understood the process. Phenomenal customer service- I never had to worry about where they were in the process of repairs because they always updated me through email and phone calls. Upon picking up my vehicle- it looked better than it did before the damage had been done to my vehicle- it was like I was picking up a brand new vehicle. 110% satisfied, absolutely blown away by the work done and customer service, and a plus that the guys are handsome as well (????). I will definitely be returning and referring everyone to Collision Works.

My initial quote for repairs was 3-4 days. I knew that it would be longer than that, and my insurance covered up to 30 days of a rental car.
My car was at Collision works for almost 6 weeks. Yes, Collision Works covered the extra rental, and deducted $100 off of my deductible, but this seems like an extraordinary amount of time for a car to be there.

Trim came off the door. Back passenger door. BSW light is constantly on, sensor messed up and wasn't when brought in. Trash in bed of truck. Spare tire put on and the other put on upside down underneath the truck.

They left ny tire rools laying all over backseat, they didnt detail all four tires making my truck look funny because one of my tires ha to be work on. The detail job **** inside dirt was still in my seasts, and they definitely dont know how to clean cars.
