The work on the car was well done. My only complaint is that we were not informed that our two car seats had been removed and not reattached to the latch system, only placed in the seat. I drove with my two children that afternoon buckled in car seats that were not fastened to the car whatsoever. I just happened to notice one of the straps on the side of the seat. I understand having to take the seats out, but not informing me that they were not resecured is very unresponsible.

The repairs took a lot longer than I was told they would. I waited until the parts came in before dropping off my car, then was told there were more parts that had to be ordered. Instead of a few days, I did without my car for 2 weeks for what should have been a simple repair. My rental car limit with my insurance was reached the day my car was finished, and I was not notified that my car was finished. I had to call to find out that information.
