Your very professional & quick. The updates were a plus. I liked that you let me know the progress. When I picked up my car, the bumper liked great. When I got in the car I was very surprised. Did not give me a completion date at drop off. Then called late in day to tell me 3 more days. I cancelled my Dr appointment for Thurs in Kansas City. They called wed and said it was done. Could not include a repair, but did not call with a repair price. Now I have to be without the car soothe day to get it fixed. I felt ripped off by the whole process.
