Communication about the progress of the work on my truck was lacking. I had called many times to get info, was told they would call me back, then I didn't get a call. Also, I started receiving inaccurate updates about my vehicle that involved the timeline (i.e. I received an email last Wednesday saying that my truck was on schedule to be done on the 28th, when in fact my truck was getting washed and was ready that night.). Communication with customers needs improvement.
In addition, a number of times the employees could not find my information and they sent my email saying she opted out of receiving updates which was not the case at all.
